Interpretations of the four Gospels, translated into Church Slavic from Greek. From leaf 389b, also homilies of Peter of Antioch, St. Gennadius of Patara, St. John Chrysostom and others. Lengthy scribal introduction on leaves 3a-3b, relating in great detail about the copying of the manuscript with sources and year of copying 1770, scribe's name and other details. The name and date are repeated in colophon on leaf 406a.
